Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teas vanilla
- large fresh strawberries
- crushed graham crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla till creamy. Cut tops of strawberries then scoop out the middle with melon baller. Cut the bottom of strawberries so that they stand on their own. Put cream cheese mixture into a pastry bag and fill the strawberries with the mixture. Top with crushed graham crackers.
