Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef or bison
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch of asparagus
- 2 medium shallots, peeled and sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 t. nutmeg
- Sea salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In a medium pan, season meat with a pinch of sea salt and pepper and the nutmeg. Cook and crumble meat. Drain the fat and put it back in the pan. Add sweet potatoes, asparagus, shallots, garlic, another pinch of sea salt and pepper. Add a couple of tablespoons of water. Cover and cook on medium heat until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
