Brownies

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 oz. usweetened chocolate
  • 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Line and 8x8 baking pan with parchement paper.
In medium sized saucepan over medium heat melt butter and chocolate. When just melted, remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time then stir in vanilla. Gently stir in flour and baking powder then pour into pan and bake for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack and cut into squares.
