Pork Satay (moo ping)

Great for an appetizer, thai sweet flavours the kids like.

Ingredients

  • 1 bblock palm sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb pork
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tbsp light soy

Preparation

Step 1

Slice pork into narrow strips. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate for at least 3 hrs in refrigerator.

Skewer pork and grill until well done.
