Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup H2O
  • 2 Beef Bouillon cubes
  • 1 tbsp minced Onion
  • 1 can Tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Mustard
  • dash Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Roast meat, along with 1 cup H2O & bouillon cubes until very tedner or cook on low in CrockPot for 8 to 10 hours, until tender. Shred meat & retain 1 cup of juice from cooking.
2.) Add rest of ingredients to Shredded meat. Put in a CrockPot & cook on low heat for 3 to 4 hours.
