Ingredients
- An amount of veal cutlets
- 1 med onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
- 2 1/2 TBSP flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 Cup dry wine wine
- 1 cup of water
- Parsley flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Saute cutlets in oil until borwn, remove from siillet, reserve oil.
Add onion, mushrooms, & garlic to the skillet. Add flour, salt and pepper, stirring well. Cook for 1 min, stirring constantly. Add wine and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Return cutlets to skillet, pour water over them. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 mins or until veal is tender. Transfer the veal to a serving dish, pour mushroom gravy over top. Sprinkle with parsley.
