Ingredients
- 3/4 c EVOO
- 1/4 c white wine vinegar
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 T lemon zest
- 1 T chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 T chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- 1/8 t fresh ground pepper

Step 1
In sm bowl whisk together oil, vinegar & lemon juice. Add zest, tarragon, dill, salt & pepper. Cover & refrigerate up to 3 days.
