Ingredients
- c. Chopped fresh veggies:
- 2 tubes Crescent Rolls
- 12 oz. Cream cheese
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- dash of pepper
- Ranch Dressing or powder mix to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Dill weed
- small broccoli florets
- finely rubbed cauliflower
- finely chopped celery
- finely chopped sweet red pepper
- coarse chopped carrots, radishes, olives, whatever you like
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Spread crescent rolls in 11 X 16 pan. Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 min. Cool. Spread cream cheese mixture over baked crust. Sprinkle with chopped vegetables. Sprinkle with 1 ½ c. grated cheese. Press down firmly. Refrigerate.
For Xmas wreath:
Remove crescent dough from pkg. (do NOT unroll). Cut each tube into eight slices (though I like thinner slices (maybe 16 each). Arrange in 11 in. circle on ungreased pizza pan. Bake at 375º for 15 to 20 min. Cool for 5 min. & remove to a serving platter. Cool completely. Continue as above.
