Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp beef bouillon
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 1 can Niblets Corn
• 2-3 cups mashed potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Stir in flour, bouillon and water. Stir until thickened. Transfer meat to a casserole dish. Spread corn over top of the meat. Top corn with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes begin to brown on top.
