Ingredients
- 1/2 lb kidney beans
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) tomatoes
- 2-lbs. coarsely ground chuck, browned and drained
- 1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in stoneware in order listed. Stir once. Cover adn cook on LOW 10 hours (HIGH 6 hours).
