Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 2 lbs. lean hamburger
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • Parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/3 c. Heinz Ketchup
  • 2 T. onion soup mix
  • 1 can jellied cranberries 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle ketchup
  • 1 T. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 9 ingredients together & roll into small balls. Put raw balls in deep baking dish.
Mix sauce ingredients & cook until smooth.
Pour over raw meat balls & bake at 350º for about 45 min..
Meat balls may be made larger & used as main dish.
