Ingredients
- 3 cups Quick Cook Grain Quinoa, cooked
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 apple, chopped
- 3 tsps. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
