Grilled Pizza Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbls. margarine, softened
  • 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1/2 c. pizza sauce
  • 4 oz. sliced pepperoni

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Spread margarine over one side of a tortilla, & place it margarine-side down in skillet. Spoon a Tbls. of pizza sauce onto half of tortilla. Sprinkle ½ c. of shredded cheese over sauce, & top with a few slices of pepperoni. Fold clean half of tortilla over filling, & cook until golden on each side. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
