Mock Hollandaise Sauce

  • 2 Pk Cream Cheese
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Soften 2 packages of Cream Cheese. Add 2 Egg yolks one at a time, lemon juice, and a dash of salt. Heat through add hot water if necessary.
