STRING BEANS w/WASABI & TAMARI DIP

  • 6 SERVINGS
  • 1 pound string beans
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi paste (Japanese green horseradish)
  • 1/2 cup tamari soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Trim the string beans.

Steam for 7 minutes.

Cool for 10 minutes in the freezer.

Moisten wasabi with a few drops of water to form a pale green ball, then mix with tamari. Put in a small bowl to serve as a dip for beans.
