Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk
- 1 recipe of Izzy's Healthy 3-ingredient Chocolate Sauce
- chopped pistachios
Preparation
Step 1
Slice and freeze the bananas in a single layer until hard.
Add the frozen bananas and coconut cream to a food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy like ice cream (see photo for guide).
Scrape the mixture into a loaf pan and freeze for 15 minutes if you want to be able to scoop it.
Scoop into two serving bowls, and top with chocolate sauce and pistachios (optional).
