Italian Style Nachos

Italian Style Nachos 1 Picture


  • 1 bag nacho chips
  • 1 cup each diced, seeded tomato and zucchini
  • 1/4 cup each pitted sliced black olives and chopped red onion
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp each dried oregano and basil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese



Step 1

Place 1/2 nachos in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients; spread 1/2 evenly over nachos.

Repeat layers, ending with topping layer.

Bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
