Pound Cake

Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 1 box of cake mix
• 1 pkg. (4 svg. size) instant pudding
• 1/2 cup of Crisco oil
• 1 cup of water
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup of confectioners sugar
• 2 tbs. citrus juice or 2 tbs. milk
• For Orange Pound Cake: Orange Supreme Cake Mix
• Vanilla pudding
• For Lemon Pound Cake: Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
• Lemon pudding
• For Golden Pound Cake: Yellow cake mix
• Vanilla pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Blend and beat all ingredients for 2 minutes. Bake in a 10", greased and floured tube pan for 45-55 minutes.
Mix the glaze and drizzle over the tops.
