Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 9 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (10-ounce) package precooked sliced chicken
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Cook linguine to desired doneness; drain and place in large serving bowl.
Meanwhile, in large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat; add garlic, and saute 5 minutes.
Cool slightly, to prevent splattering, then stir in red pepper and salt. Gradually stir in chicken, broth, and thyme. Reduce heat to low and simmer until heated through.
Toss with linguine, and serve.
