Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 cans (10 oz) Old El Paso enchilada sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
- 1 package flour tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375 lightly grease 13x9 inch glass baking dish. Cook chicken. Stir in ¾ cup of enchilada sauce and 1 cup of cheese
2. Spoon enchilada filling into tortillas; roll up and place seam side down in baking dish.
3. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top with ½ cup cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot.
