  • In gal size zip lock bag or lg bowl combine:
  • Place thawed chicken breast tenderloin strips in bowl of milk. Let soak 20-30 min.
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 T Season All
  • 3/4 t pepper
  • 1 c flour
  • 2 t paprika
  • Cooking spray



Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Cut 1/2 stick butter in few pieces & place in 9x13 pan. Melt butter in preheated oven. Spread melted butter around bottom of pan. Lightly spray pan if needed to insure no dry spots.

Shake excess milk off chicken & completely coat each piece with seasoning mix. Either shake the chicken in bag or dip into bowl until coated. Place each piece of chicken in pan.

Cook for 20 min. Turn each piece of chicken & continue cooking 20 more mi. Until cooked through.
