  • 1/2 cup canned broth
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1-2 Tablespoons dried oregano



Step 1

Mix together. Pour over chicken. Baste ocasionally

Bake uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees til chicken is brown and potatoes are tender.
