Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting
- 1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, room temp
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 (1lb) box confectioners sugar (3 3/4 cup)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla
1. Place cream cheese and butter in bowl of electric mixer, with paddle beat till creamy (30 sec)
2. with slow mix speed, slowly add sugar scraping down sides of bowl.
3. add vanilla and increase speed on mixer. blend till fluffy (1 min)
