Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter (225 g.)
  • 3 sq. chocolate
  • 2 c. white sugar (412 g.)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flour (203 g.)
  • 3/4 c. nuts (90 g.)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt together butter & chocolate.
Stir together sugar, salt, & eggs.
Add chocolate-butter mixture.
Add vanilla, flour, & nuts.
Bake in 9X13 pan at 325° for 40 min.

Frosting: 6 T. milk (85 g.); 6 T. butter (85 g.); 1 ¼ c. sugar (258 g.).
Boil 20 seconds. Remove from heat. Add ½ c. chocolate chips (90 g.) & 1 tsp. vanilla.
