Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Añejo rum
  • 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 3/4 oz Lime juice
  • 1/4 oz Maple syrup (or up to 1/2 as desired)
  • 1/8 oz Allspice Dram, St. Elizabeth

Preparation

Step 1

Shake and strain, serve up. Depending which brand/style of syrup you use, you may need to use as little as a fat 1/4 ounce to balance the cocktail.
