Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar chunky salsa
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken breast in greased 3-4 1/2 qt slow cooker. In a bowl combine salsa and soup. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.

Serve on a bed of rice pilaf or Mexican tomato rice with grated pepper jack cheese.
