Ingredients
- 1 pouch Zesty Lemon tuna
- 1/4 C Mayonnaise
- 1/4 C Bread crumbs
- 1/4 C Red and green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix tuna with 4 remaining ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 equal size patties. In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook and brown tuna cakes in hot oil, 3-4 minutes per side or until hot and golden brown.
