Southwestern Corn Saute
I found this recipe and it looks tasty

- 4 T butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 med onion
- 12 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 2/3 c half-n-half
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder (can use up to 1 T if you like it spicy)
- 4 c thawed corn
- Garnish with minced cilantro and crisp bacon pieces
Melt butter, saute garlic and onion. Add tomatoes, half-n-half, cumin, chili powder, and corn. Heat through.
Garnish with cilantro and crisp bacon.
