Southwestern Corn Saute

  • 4 T butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 med onion
  • 12 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2/3 c half-n-half
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder (can use up to 1 T if you like it spicy)
  • 4 c thawed corn
  • Garnish with minced cilantro and crisp bacon pieces



Step 1

Melt butter, saute garlic and onion. Add tomatoes, half-n-half, cumin, chili powder, and corn. Heat through.
Garnish with cilantro and crisp bacon.
