Ingredients

  • 20 medium ears sweet corn
  • 2-2/3 c white vinegar
  • 2 c water
  • 1-1/2 c sugar
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 4-1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tlbs.canning salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric

Step 1

Cut corn off cob and add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for about half hour. Hot bath jars and lids. Put hot mixture in hot jars and seal.
