Banana Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 c flour
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c oil
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups diced bananas
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. By hand, stir in all other ingredients.

Pour into a greased and floured 9 X 13 pan.

Bake @ 325 degrees about 1 hour and 25 minutes.

It is also good made as muffins. You can put an icing on (cream cheese).
