Gluten Free Chili

There's nothing better in the fall than Chili!! Try this gluten free chili this fall. It's one of our favorites.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef chicken or turkey
- 1 medium yellow onion diced
- 1 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 Tbs chili powder
- 1 Tbs cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans drained (read the label, make sure they are free of wheat and gluten)
- water to desired thickness
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground meat in a large skillet over medium heat. Once meat is browned add onions and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, beans, spices and water (to desired thickness). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir every 15 minutes. Cook for at least 2 hours.
