(Crockpot) Taco Soup II

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 , 15 oz., cans of Rotel tomatoes,
- . or 1 can Rotel tomatoes and 1 can diced tomatoes, do not drain
- 1 , 15 oz., can corn, optional I didn't use it, do not drain
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 2 to 3 tablespoon bulk
- 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix, I used 1 tablespoon, optional
- 1 , 8 oz., can tomato soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef stock

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in skillet with onion.
Drain fat and add to crock pot.
Add all other ingredients and stir to mix.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
Note:
I usually add more stock and a little more bulk taco seasoning powder to make it more soupy
