Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pouch Old El Paso™ roasted tomato Mexican cooking sauce
- 1 cup Thick ‘n Chunky salsa
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (8 oz)
- 1 bag Green Giant™ roasted veggie tortilla chips, zesty Cheddar
- Shredded lettuce
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped green onions
- Sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
2 In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Add cooking sauce and salsa. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
3 Crush chips in bag. Sprinkle half in baking dish. Spoon half the beef mixture over chips. Sprinkle remaining chips on top of beef. Top with remaining beef mixture, then the remaining shredded cheese.
4 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Top with toppings.
