Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs chicken cutlets
- 15.9 oz can stewed diced tomatoes
- 1 T. oregano
- 1 T. basil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 2 pinches pepper
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (optional)

Step 1
Place chicken in crockpot. Top with all ingredients except ricotta cheese. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Stir in ricotta cheese and serve.
