Ingredients
- Butternut squash
- 2 TB olive oil
- pinch of salt
- dash of pepper
- Optional: 1 TB smoked paprika
- grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel and cut squash into 1 inch cubes.
Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Optionally toss in smoked paprika and/or grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 minutes until squash is soft and tender.
