Ingredients
- 1 med cauliflower, cut in florets
- 1 cup water or broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chives, fresh, chopped
- 1 tsp italian parsley
- 1 TBS both ( any favor)
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium pot, bring cauliflower to a boil in the cup of water. Lower heat and simmer covered about 10 min, until soft.
2. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Mash cauliflower.
3. Blend garlic, chives, onion powder, Italian parsley(flat leaf), and broth into the cauliflower.
