Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 8oz can crush pineapple
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Step 1

In a large bowl stir together flour sugar baking powder baking soda cinnamon nutmeg and salt add the oil eggs and crushed pineapple and throughtly blend in carrot pour batter into grease and floured 9x15x3 inch baking pan bake in a preheated 350 degree oven test with tooth pick comes out clean.
