Ingredients

  • 1- 1 lb. can Veg-All brand with liquid
  • 1- 1 lb. can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup uncooked orzo
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Saute chopped onion in small amount of oil. Add ground beef & cook thoroughly. Drain meat then transfer to a large saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
