Ingredients
- 15 oz canned pumpkin
- 15 oz fat free evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup egg beaters
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 t pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup splenda sugar blend
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together, spray 9 in pie pan, bake 400 for 15 minutes, then turn down to 325 and bake for 12-15 minutes
