Weight Watchers - 4 points for 1/8 pie

Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned pumpkin
  • 15 oz fat free evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup egg beaters
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 t pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 cup splenda sugar blend

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together, spray 9 in pie pan, bake 400 for 15 minutes, then turn down to 325 and bake for 12-15 minutes
