1 pkg. butter flavored yellow cake mix
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup oil
1 shredded German chocolate bar
1 cup mini chocolate chips
top-1/4 c. shredded german choc. bar
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Mix first 5 ingredients. Stir in german choc. and chocolate chips. Pour into greased bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350.
Sprinkle with choc. and powdered sugar.
