Ingredients
- 1 round steak (cubed)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large container sour cream
- garlic salt & pepper to taste
- rice (per person)

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté mushrooms & onions with butter and garlic
Add round steak to sauté & brown
Add cream of mushroom soup
Simmer on low for 60 to 90 minutes
Remove from heat and add sour cream, stir completely
Serve over prepared rice (white or brown)
