Ingredients
- The secret here is to use a very good chocolate. Some of the dark chocolate eating bars work well.
- 8 semisweet, bittersweet, or milk chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Break the chocolate into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring frequently. While stirring, slowly add the cream and continue to stir until it is well blended. Remove from the heat and serve hot, or let cool to room temperature before serving.
