COCONUT BON-BONS

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs powdered sugar
  • 14 oz. coconut
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 chocolate almond bark square
  • ●Mix first 4 ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove and roll into small balls.
  • ●Melt chocolate in double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate.
