Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 c. balsalmic vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey

Preheat oven to 450*
In a small saucepan, whisk together vinegar, salt and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil and cook on medium till reduced, 5 minutes. Keep 1/2 the liquid in the pan and include the honey and keep reducing. Take other 1/2 of liquid and coat salmon with it before cooking.
Oil a shallow baking dish and add salmon, and brush with first 1/2 of glaze. Roast 10-12 minutes.
Coat cooked salmon with second 1/2 of glaze before serving.
