Ingredients
- 4 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 - 15 ounce can Green Beans or 2 pounds of fresh green beans (blanch fresh green beans for 5 minutes in salted water)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
1.Cook the bacon until crispy.
2.Remove the bacon from the skillet and crumble it.
3.Add it back to the skillet.
4.Leave the bacon grease in the skillet.
5.Add the garlic and cook for a couple of minutes. Do not burn.
6.Add the DRAINED cans of green beans.
7.Add the pepper and Italian seasoning.
8.Add the chicken broth and the Parmesan cheese.
