Sherry-Pecan Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of cooking Sherry
  • 3/4 cup Crisco oil
  • 3/4 cup of pecans (chopped)
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together. Beat for 4 minutes. Bake in an ungreased tube pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool for 10 minutes. Dust with confectioners sugar.
