Ingredients
- 3 1/2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Nutmeg
- 3 Cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 2 Cup (16 oz) canned Pumpkin
- 2/3 Cup water
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup chopped Pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients one at a time.
Pour into 2 9x5" loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
