Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2 lb white fish (I used Tilapia) cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Choped Cilantro
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala*
- 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Natural Yogurt (I use Greek as that is easiest to find. Fage is good.)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and add the fish cubes, turning until all cubes are completely covered with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven on a high Broil. Cover a pan in aluminum foil and place the fish cubes on the pan. Spacing them out atleast an inch from each other. Cook in oven until the fish begins to turn golden brown and can flake with a fork. This should only take about 5-10 minutes.
Serve with lemon slices and enjoy.
