Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs Coarse Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic - minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Melt Butter in skillet of Med. Heat. Stir in Olive Oil & Salt & Pepper.
2.) Cook Garlic in butter for a minute. DO NOT BROWN.
3.) Add Asparagus & cook for 10 minutes, turning when needed.
