Ingredients
- 1 box Penne Pasta
- 2 tblsp. virgin olive oil
- 1 leek cut into rings
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 2 yellow peppers, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chives, minced
Preparation
Step 1
1.Cook pasta according to directions
2.In a large skillet, heat olive oil and saute leeks for five minutes
3.Stir in peppers, add 1/3 cup of water season with salt,pepper and cook for six minute. Then add chives
4. Toss vegetable mixture with pasta
